Guaranteed Christmas Delivery? 
We have a proven track record by not missing Christmas delivery on any order placed last holiday, and we are able to offer the best Christmas delivery guarantee available online.  If your order does not arrive before Christmas, you will be entitled to a credit of 20% of your original order value and you will be refunded for all freight charges.  This guaranteed applies online to Dacasso manufactured items ordered by 12/22/2005.

Christmas Returns? 
All items purchased between 10-15-05 and 12-24-05 as Holiday presents may be returned until 1-25-06 providing all items are in original packaging and returned in new and sellable condition. All returns must be returned using the process outlined in our regular return policy.

Shipping Questions? 
We're happy to provide our customers with quick delivery.   Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, will ship the *same business day from our Florida warehouse.  Our shipments are sent by UPS.  We suggest delivery to an office, if possible, if not, be sure somebody is available to sign for your delivery.

"Free Shipping" is via UPS ground only.  If you choose to expedite your shipment (1-3 day delivery), you'll be billed the difference between ground and the expedited service.

Why are your sets so inexpensive?
Lower price means a higher volume.  Higher volume means a better price from our factory.  These desk sets are the exact same as the ones sold on other websites for $685.00 to $1400.00! We are the direct importers, no middle men.

Do I have to order online?
No.  We understand ordering online isn't for everybody.  You can always call us to place an order,  800 831-6042.  If you'd prefer not to enter your credit card number via our secure server, simply leave that blank, then call us to complete your payment.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
Absolutely not!  We stand behind our products 100%.  If you're dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact us so we can give you a return authorization number.

Do you ship overseas?
Very often.  Please email us for estimated shipping costs.

What about shipments to Military PO box?
As this type of a shipment must go USPS, with custom forms, we will add an additional charge ($20 - $35) to the priority mail cost to cover extra labor charges incurred.  Please contact us ahead of time if you desire an exact quote.

What's the deal with Gift Certificates ?
This is a wonderful opportunity to get a great gift for someone, even if your unsure what they may want.  We email an elegant, personalized gift certificate to your lucky recipient.  Then we follow up with a phone call.  Make sure they received it and ask if they have any questions!

Backorders...  Please note, we do our best to not have any backorders.  On occasion it does happen.  In the event you need something right away, please be sure to call our office to confirm inventory as sometimes an order may take up to 6 weeks!
